Processing your order

Delivery times

Usually our lead times are between 3 to 6 weeks depending on the periods.

Order Acknowledgement

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an Order Acknowledgement by e-mail or by fax.

This acknowledgement, issued from our integrated management system, will confirm the references, options, prices, deadlines and general conditions concerning your order. 

In the case of an order taken by phone, you will have 72 hours to return the signed Acknowledgement of Order to us.

Production

You will be notified by e-mail when your order is put into production. 

Availability of the equipment

You will be notified by email when your order is available.
